On Arrival Training (OAT) 

On Arrival Training (OAT) is dedicated to volunteers, trainees and employees involved in activities longer than 2 months in Romania in the framework of the European Solidarity Corps.

OAT is a mandatory training course for the participants in volunteering, traineeships and jobs activities longer than 2 months in the framework of European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus European Voluntary Service. It is part of the Training and Evaluation Cycle.
The course is offering the participants the context to:
- Introduce them to the host country;
- Prepare for the activity, including developing competences of learning to learn, intercultural dialogue, solidarity, conflict transformation, etc.
- Support in learning about European Solidarity Corp, their rights and responsibilities within the programme, key documents and tools at their disposal;
- Support networking and mutual learning among participants.

Mid Term Meeting (MTE)

Mid Term Meeting (MTE) is dedicated to volunteers, trainees and employees involved in activities longer than 6 months in Romania in the framework of the European Solidarity Corps.

The event is offering the participants the context to:

- Evaluate their project experience till present;
- Explore the challenges and their possible solutions in the project activities and experiences;
- Review personal goals, intentions and responsibilities for the last part of the project;
- Identify tools to continue the learning process,
- Identify possibilities and opportunities to continue their involvement into solidarity and the life of their community.
